Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.
Assignment of the 1st rank (position) to a bid does not imply the bidder's winning, but enhances the bid's preferability for the Buyer when selecting the winner, all other factors being equal.

Minimum bid increment/decrement
The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing the total lot price from their previously submitted proposal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:Deferred payment of 90 calendar days from the date of signing the acts of work performed.

important:

1. Departure to the place of work is mandatory.
2. All fittings are the responsibility of the Customer.
3. All consumables (hardware, seals), including flanges and pipelines are the responsibility of the Contractor.

In the KP, it is NECESSARY to INDICATE agreement that all parts of the mechanisms that have failed and are subject to replacement remain on the territory of the Customer and are not transferred to the Contractor.

The completed and signed Prequalification and Qualification forms must be attached to the commercial offer

3. Please attach your commercial offer to the first and last offer. Also, in the commercial offer, it is necessary to specify the payment condition if it differs from the Customer's conditions.

4. A letter on an official letterhead with the signature and seal of an authorized person must be attached to the commercial offer, with information on the involvement of subcontractors (listing their names and TIN), if such organizations are planned to be involved.

The bidding procedure will be conducted without the second stage – rebidding.
Counterparties must conduct auctions and submit their final proposals within one stage, in real time, as well as within the time allotted in each procedure.

Rebidding is possible in exceptional cases, without informing about the rebidding in advance in the description of the procedure.
Counterparties should start from notifications coming to the email address.
