Auto-extension

When submitting proposals:
- The possibility of changing the volume by plus/minus 30% of the contract amount
- Provide written confirmation that the equipment consists of new components that have not been used;
- Willingness to work under a letter of guarantee
- The equipment must be delivered on time according to the terms of reference from the moment the Customer sends a letter of guarantee (GP) to the Contractor, or signs the contract in the absence of GP.
- Attach to the application for participation a detailed TAP with a breakdown of the price in the context of each position (IMPORTANT! without a TAP, the offer is not considered)
-All costs are included in the cost of the CP

Participation is free.
EDS is not required.

The bidder can repeatedly improve his price offer until the end of the submission of applications.
Only one legal entity may participate in the tender procedure from a group of affiliated (related) companies. Otherwise, it is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for the withdrawal from the competition of all affiliated participants.
