| Payment terms: | payment for the work performed is made upon their completion on the basis of the acceptance certificate of the work performed and the invoice within 30 calendar days (if the contract price is up to 5 million rubles with VAT (inclusive)) / 15 working days (in the case of a the results of the purchase with the SME entity) / 45 calendar days (if the contract price is more than 5 million rubles including VAT) from the date of signing the acceptance certificate of the work performed. The TCH should be drawn up and sent in accordance with generally accepted rules of document flow. |
