Thus, this procedure does not impose on the Organizer an appropriate amount of civil obligations and reserves the right to refuse all proposals received for any reason or to terminate the selection process at any time without explanation, without incurring any responsibility to the Participants.

2. The tender organizer reserves the right to choose several winners, sharing the supply of the specified quantity of goods at its discretion and without explanation of reasons between several potential suppliers participating in the competitive procedure.

6. Half-sized KP or incomplete KP on a tender shall not be accepted.
7. After bidding, the bid price of the Bidder becomes fixed and cannot be increased.
8. An organization / documentation that does not comply with the requirements and forms specified in the notice, the Organizer has the right to reject without explanation and to recognize this documentation, and, accordingly, the Applicant, which do not meet the requirements of this competitive procedure.
9. The winner (s) of the tender is approved by the chairman of the tender committee, according to the results of all aggregate factors (price, deferred payment, presence / absence of advance payment, guarantee, standard conditions of Rusagro)
