3. Proposals will not be accepted without PODGRUZHENNOJ documentation (in accordance with the list of requirements for the composition of the KP)
4. Criteria for choosing the best offer: Availability of necessary documents for construction activity, quality, terms and cost of performance of works, terms of payment, availability of work experience.
5. This procedure of request for proposal is not a contest and its conduct is not regulated by articles 447-449 Ch. 1 of the Russian Civil Code;
6. This procedure is also not a public competition and is not regulated by articles 1057-1061 Ch. 2 of the Russian Civil Code;
7. Thus, this procedure of request for proposal does not impose on the customer an appropriate amount of civil liability.
8. The form of the contract is not a public offer, but the terms of the contract will be binding on the winner of the bidding.
