Payment terms:

2. Payment of services can be made by the customer in any way from below listed:
- By transfer to the executor of bills. The Transfer of bills is carried out by the act of acceptance. From the moment the bill is transferred, the customer is deemed to have fulfilled his obligation to pay for services.
- By transferring funds to the executor's account within 30 (thirty) banking days after the signing of the Act on performance of works (rendering of services).
3. Travel expenses at the expense of the Executor.
4. Any costs for obtaining certificates, payment of state duty and accompanying documentation, established during the development of the project, at the expense of the Contractor.
5. Measurements shall be carried Out at the expense of the executor.
6. In case of obtaining a negative opinion on the project documentation, the subsequent examination shall be performed at the Executor's expense.
Delivery terms:
Perform The work in one stage. ALL technical decisions are subject to coordination in the form of basic technical decisions before development of working documentation.
Executor performs:
1. Development and coordination with the customer of the basic technical solutions;
2. Development of working and estimate documentation of construction object.
The Organization-developer should work in the market of services in the field of design of technological systems not less than 3 years.
3. Availability of positive experience in designing technological systems.
4. The Executor must have all the permitting documents required to complete the project.
5. The Executor must provide the guarantee obligations on the executed works/rendered services, during the whole period of validity of the agreed working documentation.

6. Development of the main technical solutions, including the development of the HSE, working and budget documentation for the following deadlines:
- sewer collectors with wells;
- Waste water pumping station;
- Waste water treatment facilities;
- Pumping station of purified water;
- Pulpononosnaya Station;
- Sludge thickening Facility;
- Water pipelines

Contractor/Executor is obliged to perform work/provide service on its own. Attraction of third parties is allowed only with the prior written permission of the Customer.
By Directing the offer (offer) the Contractor/Executor warrants that it is a bona fide taxpayer. At the request of the Customer the Contractor is obliged to provide tax reports for the last reporting period certified by the tax authority.
If the tax reporting is absent or does not allow with a sufficient degree of certainty to verify the integrity of the Contractor/Executor, the Customer has the right to request other documents confirming the possibility of self-fulfillment Contractor/Executor of works/rendering of services, including but not limited to: Extract from the staffing table with the application of copies of employment contracts of persons engaged for the performance of Works, information on the presence of property or on the right of lease: Office, warehouse, industrial premises, equipment/tools/mechanisms, vehicles.
In case of not providing these documents, the Customer has the right to reject the offer (offer).
