Payment terms:Оплата выполненных работ производится Заказчиком, после подписания акта приемки выполненных работ по форме КС-2 и КС-3. Порядок расчетов предусматривается по форме: 50% - денежными средствами с отсрочкой платежа 45 дней, 50% - отсрочка платежа 90 дней или векселями «Волжской ТГК» со сроком погашения не ранее 90 дней с даты эмиссии (по соглашению сторон), согласно приложения №2 «Планом-графиком финансирования работ».
