Ranking of bids

Auto-extension

The validity period of the commercial offer must be at least 30 days from the end date of the procedure on the B2B platform.

JSC "Mondi SLPC" reserves the right to change the deadline for the collection of technical and commercial proposals, cancel the collection of technical and commercial proposals, refuse all proposals, while applicants are not entitled to claim compensation for direct or indirect losses.
The decision on the choice of a counterparty for this request will be made after consideration of the submitted proposals.
Notification of the bidder about the results of the tender is provided in case of a positive result and a decision to conclude a contract, other participants can be provided only upon their written requests in order to motivate them to eliminate shortcomings or improve the attractiveness of their proposals.
Expenses related to the preparation and submission of technical and commercial proposals are not reimbursable.
