Comments:
Requirements for the contractor: Experience and access to the work on the modernization of scales.
Availability of a standard certificate of admission to work from the SRO (or other permits defined by the legislation of the Russian Federation) for the performance of activities at the SRO.
Personnel requirements:
- the qualification of personnel must be confirmed by the availability of appropriate certificates, certificates of electrical safety and marks on the verification of knowledge of PUE, PTEEP, POTEE, PTB, PPB and other regulatory and technical documents, certificates for other special work;
- qualification and quantitative composition of personnel must meet the requirements necessary for the performance of work;
- the contractor in the course of work is obliged to comply with the requirements of the labor protection regulations for the operation of electrical installations, fire safety regulations, industrial sanitation regulations
, electrical installation regulations and other regulatory and technical documents.
When attracting subcontracting organizations to perform work:
The requirements imposed on the Contractor apply to the subcontractor; the certificate of the established sample from the SRO (or other permits defined by the legislation of the Russian Federation) for the performance of activities under the contract must be given the rights of the general contractor;
At the conclusion of the contract, the Contractor shall provide the Customer with copies of all documents confirming the qualifications of the subcontractor.
