Ranking of bids

Auto-extension

CONDITIONS OF THE PROCEDURE:

The procedure is carried out in one stage in real time. The second stage of the collection of rebidding proposals is possible only in exceptional cases.
The duration of the procedure may be extended at the request of the Bidder. To do this, you need to contact a representative of Pirelli Russia.
Participation implies consent to enter into contractual relations with Kirov Tyr PC LLC on the terms provided for in the attached form of the agreement and appendices. In case of disagreement, a protocol of disagreement must be attached to the commercial offer.

SUBMISSION OF AN OFFER:

For the final price bid, it is necessary to back up a commercial offer with an indication of the cost issued on the official letterhead of the organization with the signature and seal of an authorized person.

In the commercial offer it is necessary to specify:

Any discrepancies with the requirements of the terms of reference (for example, terms, warranty obligations, etc.)
Information on the involvement of subcontractors with a list of their names and TIN.

If the commercial offer does not specify the terms of work, warranty obligations and payment terms, the Bidder automatically agrees to the terms specified in the terms of reference.

After completing the stage of collecting proposals, the representative of Pirelli Russia will contact the representative of the counterparty to organize further steps.

The request for proposals is not a competitive bidding process within the meaning of the current legislation and is not regulated by Articles 447-449 of Part one of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and other legislative acts (44-FZ, 223-FZ, etc.). The Bid Notice is an invitation to suppliers to make offers to the organizer of the request for proposals. The bid for participation is an offer of a potential Bidder of the request for proposals. At the same time, the organizer of the request for proposals has no obligation to conclude an agreement based on its results.
