1. The participant must be a user registered in the trade and procurement system B2B-Kordiant "on http://www.b2b-cordiant.ru in the established order and possessing rights of Party System.
2. If the participant is not the user that is registered in the trade and procurement system B2B-Kordiant ", he should send, on letterhead, request for tender documentation. Send request to kejdiya@cordiant-omsk.ru. When the proposal will be sent to all parties to this request.
3. This procedure is not a public offer and is not governed by art. 447-449 and 1057-1061 CIVIL CODE. The organizer has the right to abandon the purchase at any time from the date of its announcement, including after the end of the deadline without imposition of liability.
4. If the contractor accepts the bid, it agrees in case of declaring the winner to conclude a contract for the supply and service contract template of JSC «Kordiant» without disagreements and delivery under the conditions specified in the announcement of the purchase.
5. All prices in the proposal should include all taxes and other obligatory payments, the cost of all related services, as well as all of the discounts offered by the provider.
6. Be sure to attach certified model forms.
