Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Обоснование: В соответствии с принятым решением тендерного комитета закупить моющие ср-ва у следующих поставщиков:

1) Средство №1 в кол-ве 100 кг закупить у ООО "АЛЬЯНС-ГРУПП" для проведения тестовых моек. Оставшийся объем закупить у ООО "ИНТЕЛКЛИН" в кол-ве 580 кг;

2) Средство №2 в кол-ве 100 кг закупить у ООО "ВЕТСФЕРА" и ООО "ИНТЕЛКЛИН" для проведения тестовых моек. Оставшийся объем закупить у ООО "НПФ ПЕРЕСВЕТ" в кол-ве 1 150 кг;

3) Средство №3 в кол-ве 40 кг закупить у ООО "АЛЬЯНС-ГРУПП" для проведения тестовых моек. Также закупить 40 кг у ООО "ИНТЕЛКЛИН";

4) Средство №4 в кол-ве 100 кг закупить у ООО ТД "ХИМПРОМ" для проведения тестовых моек. Оставшийся объем закупить у ООО "МАСТЕР КЛИН" в кол-ве 630 кг.
