Delivery terms:

1. Please, submit any questions concerning the bidding procedure via e-marketplace functionality ("Request for Clarifications").

To the offers in electronic form to participants of the given procedure it IS necessary before opening of envelopes to attach the applicant's Questionnaire and documents according to the questionnaire simultaneously with submission of the offer and file in the form of scanned copy of its commercial The proposal signed by the authorized person and stamped by the organization-participant of this procedure. 3. Supplier shall be either product manufacturer, or official dealer of the manufacturer or a distributor (participant shall provide the confirming documents together with the commercial proposal).
4. Products cost shall be fixed for the entire delivery period (written confirmation).
