Possibility of bid submission in a different currency
When applying, bidders can choose a currency different from the one stated for the procedure. Delivery terms:The packaging of the products must ensure the safety of the material/goods in conditions of transportation by road and loading and unloading operations. Transportation of Goods must be carried out in accordance with the requirements of SanPiN 2.3.6.1079-01 and Federal Law No. 29-FZ dated 02.01.2000 "On the quality and safety of food products". The supplier is obliged to use specially equipped transport for the transportation of the goods. The packaging and packaging of Goods transferred to the Customer by the Supplier must comply with the requirements of current standards. It must ensure its safety, presentation, protect it from any kind of damage during transportation, loading and unloading. The product must not have deformations, defects and other defects of presentation. The product is delivered without violating the integrity of the packaging with the obligatory presence of a barcode of the product. The shelf life of the goods at the time of delivery in accordance with the documents certifying the quality of the products. Shelf life at the time of delivery of the goods is not less than 90% (ninety percent) of the total shelf life

Any analogue of the product is allowed only with the consent of the Customer.
All goods must be of proper quality, comply with GOST standards, veterinary certificates, certificates of conformity, technical specifications and other documents provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation. The supplier is obliged to store the goods in specialized warehouses. The marking on the package must contain: name; composition; release date; expiration date; country of manufacturer. The marking of the Product packaging must be applied in a well-readable font, in Russian and contain information in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
Commercial proposals for the procurement documentation are mandatory.
Please note that this request is not a type of tender/auction and does not fall under the regulation of Articles 447-449 of Part One of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. When conducting a request for prices /offers, an invitation to participate together with the documentation on request is an invitation to suppliers to make offers to the Organizer of the procurement procedure; an application for participation in the request is an offer of a potential Participant in the request for prices/offers. At the same time, the Organizer has no obligation to conclude a contract based on its results.
