Молоко должно соответствовать ГОСТу Р 52090-2003.
У поставщика должны быть все необходимые условия для реализации молочной продукции в соответствии с «Санитарно-эпидемиологическими требованиями к организациям торговли и обороту в них продовольственного сырья и пищевых продуктов. Санитарно-эпидемиологические правила СП 2.3.6.1066-01». Качество продукции должно подтверждаться сертификатом качества или декларацией соответствия.
