Based on the results of the monitoring, a Requirements Specification can be generated/updated and a tender can be announced to select a Supplier./Contractor/The performer.
Monitoring Bidders will be included in the pool of potential Bidders of the procurement procedure.
Monitoring is not a Call for Bidding procedure and does not entail an obligation to conclude a contract. It is not an offer.

Only one legal entity can participate in the tender procedure from a group of affiliated (related) companies. Otherwise is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for the withdrawal from the competition of all affiliated Bidders.
