Please take into account the following conditions:
1. It is mandatory to sign or have a signed NDA non-disclosure agreement (if you have not signed it before, please send the details of the organization to generate the file).
2. Please carefully study the file “ Criteria for the Bidder” as a questionnaire and give a detailed answer to each item, if necessary with the attachment of copies of documents. It is mandatory to provide:
- Certificates, Licenses, RHI;
- staffing table + official document (without passport data, full name list, start date + License) for a list of qualified security personnel;
- references /Customer reviews in the form of scanned copies in a zip file.
3. In the proposal, it is necessary to attach a calculation of the cost of the post, services, based on the recommendations of the FCC ROS or using their methodology.
4. The offer must include contact persons.
5. Signing the contract according to the template of Yandex LLC is mandatory.
6. The cost calculation must be attached in an editable format, the template of our Commercial Proposal form must be completed in the attachment.
We are waiting for your offer no later than 05/08/2024 until 18:00 (Moscow time).
We also inform you that the Commercial Proposal sent by you will be analyzed on the basis of all bids received from other Bidders at the same time. The decision will be made and made at the same time to all Bidders.
