Bidders can submit their proposals for certain lots of the call for bids, but necessarily for all the items within a selected lot

Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.
Assignment of the 1st rank (position) to a bid does not imply the bidder's winning, but enhances the bid's preferability for the Buyer when selecting the winner, all other factors being equal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:- Postpaid cashless payment system;
- The date of performance by the Customer of its obligations to pay for services is the date of debiting funds from the Customer's current account;
- Payment for work / services is carried out within 21 (twenty one) calendar days from the date of submission of a package of supporting documents (invoice, certificate of completion), and if the documents are submitted at different times - according to the last missing document.
Delivery terms:1) Availability of OWN cars at least 30 (strictly according to point # 3!).
2) The company has been working for at least 1 year in the transport business.
3) The presence of machines with a tail lift, with a capacity of 18 to 20 pallets and a carrying capacity of at least 10 tons. All transportations are ONLY such cars.
4) 24-hour dispatching service.
5) The ability to provide an increase in the volume of transportation by 10-20% in a short time (24 hours).
6) The cost of flights includes the return of the car to the DC (delivery of recyclable materials from supermarkets).
7) Only LLC, JSC (we do not work with individual entrepreneurs).
8) Possibility of confirmation of payment of taxes (provision of a VAT return).
