Bidders can submit their proposals for certain lots of the call for bids, but necessarily for all the items within a selected lot

Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.
Assignment of the 1st rank (position) to a bid does not imply the bidder's winning, but enhances the bid's preferability for the Buyer when selecting the winner, all other factors being equal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:- Postpaid cashless settlement system;
- The date the Customer fulfils its payment obligations shall be the date of the cancellation of money from the Customer's account;
- Payment for works/services is made within 21 (twenty-one) calendar days from the date of providing the supporting document package (invoice, deed of work), and if documents have been provided in different time - for the last missing document.
Delivery terms:1) Own cars at least 30 (strictly according to item 3!).
2) The company has a lifetime of at least 1 year in the transportation business.
3) Availability of waterboarded machines with a capacity of 18 to 20 pallet and with a capacity of at least 10 tons. All traffic is ONLY such cars.
4) There is a 24-hour air traffic control room.
5) Possibility of a 10-20% increase in traffic in a short time (24 hours).
6) The price includes return a/m to the RC (delivery of recycled materials from Universamos).
7) Only LLC, JSC (I do not work with the IP).
8) Tax confirmation option (VAT declaration).
9) Mandatory on-site pass availability (ex. Moscow - MKAD day/night, St. Petersburg - KAD, etc.).

This procedure of requesting bids is not an auction or contest, is not subject to articles 447-448 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and does not entail legal obligations to the Organizer the choice of winner, supplier (contractor, performer) is not an offer, does not contain the Organizer's obligation to enter into a contract with the party. Summing up the procedure the Organizer shall implement in accordance with its internal local regulations.
