Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
The Buyer makes payment within 60 (sixty) calendar days after the delivery of the goods, the signing by both Parties of the act of incoming control, the invoice in the form of TORG-12, based on the original invoice and invoice by transferring funds to the Supplier's current account, as specified in contract details. If an agreement is concluded with an organization related to SMEs, payment is made within 15 (fifteen) business days.
