| Payment terms: | -pre-payment in the amount of 60% of the service cost not later than 5 (five) banking days from the date of signing the Agreement by authorized representatives of the Parties;
- 30% of the cost of the service within 5 (five) banking days after the Customer approves test samples in the amount of 10 (ten) pieces from each slot of the mold. Payment is made after signing the certificate of acceptance of test samples by authorized representatives of Parties;
- 10% of the cost of the service-after the acceptance tests on the Customer's equipment in the presence of the representative of the Executor, the signing of the Act of receiving the press form authorized representatives of the Parties. |
