Lighting equipment for RC facilities
Mandatory conditions:
1. Acceptance of the payment terms: 30% advance payment, 70% post-payment after 30 kd.
2. Providing a guarantee for products in accordance with the technical specification (at least 5 years)
3. Consent to the delivery by the spacecraft of a set of lighting equipment for the re-equipment of outdoor lighting of the RC
4. Consent to fix the price for a period of at least 1 year
5. The delivery time for the entire set of equipment to the network facility (the Distribution Center of JSC Tander) should not exceed 14 calendar days from the date of placing the order
6. Production capacity per month (specify the capacity in pcs)
7. Consent to work with the gen. Contractors of JSC Thunder (not a direct contract with JSC Thunder)
8. The term of the company's existence (3 years or more) attach an extract of the Unified State Register of Legal Entities
9. Readiness to start deliveries from the moment of signing the agreement
10. Consent to maintain the submitted prices in case of reduction/division of the total purchased volume between the participants of the tender
11. The SC's consent to provide a test report from an independent lighting laboratory for the decline of the luminous flux (degradation) of lamps for the warranty period (5 years) within 50 calendar days after summing up the results of the competition
12. The SPACECRAFT's consent to provide a test report from an independent lighting laboratory to confirm the declared lighting characteristics within 20 calendar days from the date of sending the request by specialists of JSC Tander until the results of the competition are summed up
13. The consent of the spacecraft for the response period during the warranty period on a request for equipment failure is not more than 2 working days
14. KA's consent to the signing of the standard form of the agreement (in the attachment) in the editorial office of JSC "Thunder" without any edits
