Comments: Instructions for participants of monitoring of epoxy flooring systems for objects of JSC Thunder GM, MS:
1. To take part in the monitoring, the participant must fill out the file "Technical specifications for the polymer". It is necessary to enter the data in the column "Fill in the TK template", and also provide the necessary documentation, which is indicated in the file "TK for polymer".
2. The participant must necessarily familiarize himself with this instruction and appendix No. 7.
Monitoring is a procedure for collecting information in order to form / update technical specifications, analyze the price range for certain categories of goods/works/services, search for new potential Suppliers, etc.
Monitoring is not a procurement procedure and does not entail an obligation to conclude a contract.
When submitting proposals, deviations from the attached technical task are allowed.
It is not an offer.
