Ranking of bids

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Comments:
1) As part of monitoring the cost of outsourcing the shunting of railway transport to LLC "SMEZ", I ask you to send a Commercial Proposal indicating the monthly cost starting from 07/01/14.

2) Participation of suppliers in the procedure is free of charge, E-Signature is not required

3) Mandatory familiarization with the bid documentation:
- Requirements Specification
- contract for the provision of services
- approved list of documents p.3, line 1-10.
- counterparty's questionnaire required to be completed
- special conditions to the contract for rendering when the contractor is on the main
- a link to submit consent to the NO at the place of registration

4)Mandatory conditions:
- submission of a Commercial Proposal indicating the cost of providing services in accordance with the Requirements Specification, confirmation of the terms of the contract, payment procedure.
- A reference list for the period 2022-23 with a reflection of customer organizations to whom similar services were provided
- a set of documents according to the approved list
- completed counterparty questionnaire
- readiness to submit consent and sign the OU when the contractor is on the OSN.

5) The procedure for monitoring:
- Provision of commercial offers.
- Analysis of the received commercial offers for compliance with the Requirements Specifications
- Analysis of the submitted Commercial Proposals for compliance with the estimated budget of these costs for the period 24-27 years.
- Analysis of the submitted package of documents
- identification of organizations that will be qualified and invited to a competitive event for these services during the 1-2 quarter of 2024.

This request for proposals procedure is not a tender, and its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447-449 of Part one of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This procedure is also not a public tender and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1065 of Part two of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure for requesting proposals does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the customer
