The monitoring procedure is carried out in order to form/update the terms of reference, analyze the price range, as well as search for new potential Suppliers.
Based on the results of the monitoring, a Requirements Specification can be generated/updated and a tender can be announced to select a Supplier./Contractor/The performer.
Please pay attention to the mandatory requirements for the commercial offer and the required information to fill in.
Only proposals submitted in compliance with all requirements are considered.
Monitoring Bidders will be included in the pool of potential Bidders of the procurement procedure.
Monitoring is not a Call for Bidding procedure and does not entail an obligation to conclude a contract. It is not an offer.
Location of the procedure: This procedure is carried out in electronic form on the B2B-Center Platform E-Marketplace group (www.b2b-center.ru ). Bidders' proposals are submitted in the form of an electronic document.
This request for proposals procedure is not an auction or tender, does not fall under the scope of Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and does not entail legal obligations for the Customer to choose a supplier.
