Bids submission deadline

Quarterly, by bank transfer within 10 banking days after the end of the quarter, on the basis of the UPD (Universal Transfer Document) signed by the Parties or acts of acceptance of the services rendered and the Contractor's account.

Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
