| Payment terms: | Payment for the services rendered is made within 30 calendar days by bank transfer of funds from the Customer’s current account to the Contractor’s current account based on the monthly invoice issued by the Contractor. The payment date is the date the funds are debited from the Customer’s account. |

| Documentation provision procedure: | Documentation relating to this call for bids is available in e-form free of charge at B2B-Center e-marketplace (www.b2b-center.ru) starting from the date the call for bids is published. |
| Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract. |
