Bids submission deadline
Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
Framework agreement up to 900,000.00 rubles. Payment for the services rendered is made within 30 (thirty) business days or (15 (fifteen) business days for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs)) from the moment of signing the Acceptance Certificate for the services rendered, by transferring funds to the account of the Contractor, to based on the invoice.

This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.

Documentation relating to this call for bids is available in e-form free of charge at B2B-Center e-marketplace (www.b2b-center.ru) starting from the date the call for bids is published.
Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
