Bids submission deadline
Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
Payment for the Services rendered is carried out by the Customer in the form of cashless settlement by transferring money to the Contractor’s bank account in the following order:
- prepayment of 20% - within 10 (ten) banking days from the date of the invoice based on the invoice issued by the Contractor.
- final payment - within 10 (ten) banking days after the date of signing by the Parties of Acts for each service rendered, on the basis of invoices issued by the Contractor.
Venue of bidding:
This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.

Documentation relating to this call for bids is available in e-form free of charge at B2B-Center e-marketplace (www.b2b-center.ru) starting from the date the call for bids is published.
Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
