Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
The payment for the services rendered will be made by the Customer upon the fact of their provision on the basis of the service provision certificate and the invoice within 20 (twenty) calendar days, from the moment of signing the act on rendering services by transferring the Customer's funds to the settlement account of the Contractor. The date of payment is the day when the funds are debited from the Customer's current account.
