For each call to the Contractor for the provision of Services, the Customer pays for the Services actually rendered by the Contractor within 30 (thirty) calendar days after both Parties have signed the Act on the provision of services and the Customer receives the original invoice, invoice, duly executed, as well as a work order ... If the Contractor is a small and medium-sized enterprise, then the Customer, for each request to the Contractor for the provision of Services, pays for the Services actually rendered by the Contractor within 15 (fifteen) working days after both Parties have signed the Act on the provision of services and the Customer has received the original invoice, invoice duly executed, as well as a purchase order.

This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.

Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
