Bids submission deadline
Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
Payment term:
- before the 11th day of the current month, the Buyer makes the first payment for electrical energy (power) in the amount of 30% of the cost of the volumes of electrical energy (power) payable in the previous billing period;
- before the 26th day of the current month, the Buyer makes a second payment for electrical energy (power) in the amount of 40% of the cost of the volumes of electrical energy (power) payable in the previous billing period;
- by the 19th day of the month following the calculated one, the Buyer pays the difference between the cost of the actual volumes of electrical energy (power) supplied to the Buyer in the settlement month and the first and second payments made earlier for the same month.
Venue of bidding:
This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.

Documentation relating to this call for bids is available in e-form free of charge at B2B-Center e-marketplace (www.b2b-center.ru) starting from the date the call for bids is published.
Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
