| Payment terms: | Payment is made by the Buyer for actually received at retail outlets using fuel and lubricant plastic cards to the Supplier’s settlement account no later than 15 (fifteen) banking days of the month following the reporting one on the basis of a consignment note signed by the Parties in the unified form TORG-12, a certificate of fuel consumption , invoices and invoices for payment. |
