Bids submission deadline
Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
- payment of 100% of the cost of the Goods within 15 (fifteen) calendar days from the date of acceptance of the Goods by the Buyer, on the basis of an invoice for payment;
- payment of 100% of the cost of the Works within 15 (fifteen) calendar days from the date of acceptance by the Buyer of the result of the performed Works and the signing by both Parties of the corresponding act, which fixes the proper performance by the Supplier of all its obligations under this Agreement, on the basis of an invoice for payment.

This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.

Documentation relating to this call for bids is available in e-form free of charge at B2B-Center e-marketplace (www.b2b-center.ru) starting from the date the call for bids is published.
Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
