Bids submission deadline
Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
The Buyer pays for the delivered goods within 15 (fifteen) working days from the moment of acceptance of all goods in his warehouse, based on the issued original invoice, invoice, consignment notes.
5.3. All settlements under the contract are made only on condition that the original documents, including the contract, are received from the Supplier by bank transfer by transferring funds to the current account specified by the Supplier. The Buyer's obligation to pay is considered fulfilled from the date the funds are debited from the Buyer's current account.

Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
