This price monitoring is carried out in order to determine the list of potential suppliers for the subsequent supply of products.

It is necessary to attach a quotation with a seal, signature, description of the goods and delivery dates in PDF format.

This procurement procedure is not a tender or auction and its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447-449 of Part One of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
This procurement procedure is also not a public tender and is not regulated by Articles 1057 — 1061 of Part Two of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose on the customer and the organizer of the purchase of the corresponding volume of civil legal obligations for the mandatory conclusion of an agreement with the winner of the procurement procedures or other participants who took second and subsequent places when the winner evade signing the agreement.
