Bids submission deadline
Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
1. 2. The final settlement takes place by the Buyer paying the fuel and lubricants actually received at the Points of Sale using the Cards in the reporting month by transferring funds to the Supplier’s bank account within 45 (forty five) calendar days from the moment the parties signed the waybill (unified form No.TORG-12) with subject to the provision of an invoice issued in accordance with the requirements and within the time period established by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
3. The final settlement amount is determined by the amount of fuel and lubricants actually received in the reporting month according to the waybill (unified form No.TORG-12).
4. The price of one liter of fuel for each operation to obtain fuel and lubricants in retail outlets (NEA) is calculated according to the following formula:
Tsl = Btsl * 1,04 –Sp
Where: Tsl - the final price of one liter of fuel at the time of receipt at the gas station, rubles.
Btsl - the base price of one liter of the corresponding fuel set at the gas station at the time of receipt of fuel and lubricants (stele price / retail price), rub.
Cn - Supplier discount from the base price of a liter, rub.
5. The discount of the Supplier (Sp) is fixed and is final unchanged for the entire duration of the contract.
