Bids submission deadline

Payment order:
1. Every month from the moment of signing the contract, the Buyer makes an advance payment in the amount of 300,000 (three hundred thousand) rubles 00 kopecks, including VAT (20%) 50,000 (fifty thousand) rubles 00 within 10 banking days, on the basis of the Supplier’s account. cents.
2. Payment for fuel and lubricants is made at the retail price on the day of refueling (stele price), but not higher than the maximum price for 1 liter fixed by the results of the bidding.
3. The final settlement takes place by the Buyer paying the fuel and lubricants actually received at the Points of Sale using the Cards in the reporting month by transferring funds to the Supplier’s bank account within 45 (forty five) calendar days from the moment the parties signed the waybill (unified form No.TORG-12) with subject to the provision of an invoice issued in accordance with the requirements and within the time period established by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
4. The final settlement amount is determined by the amount of fuel and lubricants actually received in the reporting month according to the waybill (unified form No.TORG-12).
