Bidders can submit their proposals for certain lots of the call for bids, but necessarily for all the items within a selected lot

Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.
Assignment of the 1st rank (position) to a bid does not imply the bidder's winning, but enhances the bid's preferability for the Buyer when selecting the winner, all other factors being equal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 15 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 15 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:Within 30 days from the date of submission of the package of payment documents.
At the same time, it is necessary to indicate the prices in the specification application separately in the commercial offer:
A) The file "application specification", the sheet "Test samples" - specify the cost of developing and manufacturing 1 unit within the TOR.
B) File "application specification", sheet "Basic equipment" - specify the final cost of the product in relation to the volume of the ordered batch. If it is not possible to determine the price at the current stage, it is allowed to fill in only the "Test samples" sheet. The price of the main equipment will be determined later by the terms of a separate tender.
Delivery terms:A) Stage 1 – within a month from the end of the competition.
B) Stage 3 – the delivery period will be stipulated by the delivery contract and further proportionally distributed for the period agreed by the parties, taking into account the assessment of the production capacity of the spacecraft and the needs of the customer. The terms of the contract will be determined by a separate tender among the companies that have passed the technical assessment.
