- Advance payment in the amount of 30% (Thirty percent) of the total price of the Agreement is made by the Customer within 10 (ten) business days from the date of receipt by the Contractor of the notice of the suspensive condition and the receipt of the invoice by the Customer for payment;
- The final settlement in the amount of 70% (Seventy percent) of the total price of the Agreement is carried out by the Customer within 10 (ten) business days from the date of signing the acceptance certificate of the work performed, the provision of the invoice for payment and reporting documentation
