The present monitoring of prices is not a contest, and it is not governed by articles 447-449 of part one of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Price monitoring is not a public competition and is not governed by articles 1057-1065 of part two of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, monitoring of prices does not impose on the customer and the organizer of an appropriate level of civil obligations.
According to the results of price monitoring the organizer shall be entitled but not obliged to conclude a supply contract.
