Bidders can submit their proposals for certain lots of the call for bids, but necessarily for all the items within a selected lot

Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.
Assignment of the 1st rank (position) to a bid does not imply the bidder's winning, but enhances the bid's preferability for the Buyer when selecting the winner, all other factors being equal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 15 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 15 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:Method and terms of payment - non-cash form of payment, 100% post-payment, within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery of the batch (subject to the Supplier providing the Customer with the originals of the primary accounting documents correctly executed in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation (invoices, invoices, UPD)).
Delivery terms:The period of deliveries (cooperation) is at least 1 year.

Comments:
Dear suppliers, we would like to draw your attention to the fact that you can repeatedly improve your offers before the bid deadline.

Each Bidder must attach the following documents to his bid for E-Marketplace:
1. A document/conclusion confirming the possibility of using funds at facilities selling food products
2. Hygienic conclusions, certificates of conformity, characteristics of the means
3. Instructions for use with key information: working concentrations, working solution consumption per m2, etc., exposure time.
4. Fill in the fields in Appendix No. 1, in accordance with.(appendix to the Commercial Proposal).
5. Attach your work experience (supply of cleaning detergents and disinfectants to food production facilities)
6. Attach a Commercial Proposal on the letterhead of the organization with a list of services that you can provide regarding the supply of cleaning and cleaning disinfectants (possible conditions).

Monitoring is not a basis for concluding/reviewing Service Contracts.
