Payment terms:100% postpayment within 30 days after the signing of the certificate of delivery and acceptance of the performed works. Prepayment of up to 30% is possible when agreed with the customer at the stage of conclusion of the contract.
Delivery terms:Agreement with the technical customer of Hyundai Engineering Rus LLC.
Obligatory requirement: availability of accreditation of "Hyongde Engineering Rus" LLC (the company has been tested by the counterparty for reliability earlier and has positive feedback from the customer).

Comments:
Commercial Offer Requirements:
1. KP on the organization form.
2. Current date (ddd.mm.yyy).
3. The validity period of the KP - 30 calendar days.
4. Prices excl. VAT.
5. Terms of work are specified.
6. In KP there should be a phrase: "The technical task, the approved volume of materials and works has been familiarized with the approved volume of materials and works".
7. The warranty period for the work is specified.
8. The list of documentation is specified, which is transmitted to the customer: RD, PPR, passports, specifications, ID, etc.
9. Signature, seal of organization.

If the application is signed by an EP, the application of the CP is not required by a separate document.

The specification specifies the estimated volume of work. It is possible to reduce (up to 15%) the volume of work based on the results of the execution of surveys and development of project documentation by the contractor. Reducing the value of the contract in this case will be made by concluding an additional agreement at the provided unit rates for each type of work.
