Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:- advance payment of 10% of the total cost specified in clause 1 of the Specification is paid no later than 10 (ten) banking days from the date of signing of the Specification by both Parties;
- advance payment of 20% of the cost of the relevant batch of Products agreed for delivery in accordance with clause 3 of this Specification is paid no later than 3 (three) banking days before the Contractor begins production of this batch of Products;
- the balance of 70% of the cost of the relevant consignment of Products agreed for delivery in accordance with clause 3 of this Specification is paid within 30 (thirty) banking days after the Customer has signed the bill of lading f. TORG-12 for the delivered batch of Products.

Comments:
The participant has the right to submit only one proposal. Documents attached by the participant must be signed by a person who has the right to sign in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation or on the basis of a power of attorney.
The company has the right to refuse all proposals received for any reason or to terminate the competitive procedure at any time, without bearing any responsibility to the participants in this procedure.

A set of design documentation is provided to participants after signing the Confidentiality Agreement.
