Requirements for the Contractor for installation work:
1. The term of registration of an organization as a legal entity, as well as the term of its tax registration, must be at least 1 year.
2. The contractor must have relevant experience in the implementation of similar works.
3. The contractor must have in his staff the average number of certified and certified personnel necessary to perform the work.
4. Construction machinery, equipment and mechanisms are available to the Contractor in the necessary and sufficient quantity that will allow the Contractor to perform the full range of necessary work.
5. The indicator of CA (net assets) for the last full reporting year, as well as for the interim reporting period of the current year, which corresponds to the quarter, half-year, nine months, must be positive.
6. The Contractor does not have overdue debts for the payment of taxes and fees.
7. The contractor undertakes not to have overdue debts for the payment of taxes and fees at the time of conclusion of contracts. |
