The procedure is placed again in connection with the addition of the third lot to the list of works on the object " Overpass of engineering networks (heat networks, water supply, electric networks)"

Proposals sent in violation of the established form and set of documents, as well as with non-compliance with the established deadline, may not be accepted for consideration.

This procedure for requesting proposals is not a tender and its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447-449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation; this procedure is also not a public tender and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
Thus, this request for quotation procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Customer. The attached Contract is not a public offer, but the terms of the Contract will be binding on the winning bidder.
