The scope and list of works includes, but is not limited to, the composition listed below. The works are carried out by the Contractor in full,
"turnkey", by the Contractor's forces, means and mechanisms, including all necessary consumables and related expenses.
1. Purchase and delivery of consumables, fasteners, anchors, shaped elements and all other materials necessary for the work.
2. Mobilization of all necessary equipment and tools
to the work site in the amount necessary for high-quality work in accordance with the GPR.
3. Entrance control and quality control of materials and products with an entry in the journal and certificates.
4. Delivery, unloading, warehousing, moving materials to the place
of work.
5. Installation of dock equipment – electrohydraulic platform, opening sealer, sectional doors, electric drive, control units,
body lighting lamp, rubber bumper (pair).
6. Commissioning works.
7. Stage-by-stage delivery of works and executive documentation
to the Customer's technical supervision representative.
8. other work necessary for the successful completion of the work.
9. Demobilization.
According to the Customer's decision, part or the full volume of materials
listed in the Statement of Work Volumes can be delivered
By the customer, as a tolling material. The obligation, in this
case, for entrance control, acceptance, unloading, moving to the place of reproduction of works, completeness, protection and safety of material and
property, etc., remains with the Contractor.
1. Before the start of installation, check and accept the structures for
compliance with the planned and high-rise positions,
notify the Customer and the General Designer about excess deviations and discrepancies.
2. Before the start of the work, coordinate the PPR and a detailed schedule
of work with the Customer.
3. Determine and coordinate with the Customer the place of unloading and storage
of materials.
4. Ensure acceptance and 100% input control of materials and products for
compliance with the requirements of the Terms of Reference, Working documentation and
completeness.
5. Each product must be accompanied by quality certificates,
certificates of conformity and a guarantee for installation.
6. Perform cleaning, preparation of the pit, according
to the manufacturer's requirements.
7. The installation and welding of the platform to the embedded floor parts should be carried
out in accordance with GOST 31174-2017 and the manufacturer's requirements.
8. Perform cleaning, preparation of the opening and metal structures, according to the manufacturer's requirements.
9. Install the gate according to GOST 31174-2017 and
the manufacturer's requirements. Fixing the guides to concrete and metal should be carried out in
accordance with the manufacturer's requirements.

The cost of work includes temporary lighting, wheel washing point and its
maintenance, accommodation and meals for personnel, installation of temporary roads,
networks and structures, sanitary facilities and their maintenance,
installation of temporary fences, scaffolding, ladders, struts and
temporary fixing of the walls of pits and trenches, maintenance and maintenance of the production site work and approaches to it, and other
measures necessary for the safe production of work; consumables, overlaps, overlaps and joints of materials, travel
expenses, materials and equipment for laying, care and heating of concrete,
personal protective equipment for safety, snow cleaning,
drainage, collection, removal and disposal of garbage, safety materials, equipment and property, obtaining and developing the necessary
accompanying documents for the production of works and other costs necessary for the successful completion of work within the time limits set
by the contract and with the quality corresponding to the requirements of the Customer, this

16. When building an object, follow the RD-11-02-2006 regarding the composition and list of acts of inspection of works and structures, phased
delivery of works and sets of Executive documentation to the representative
of the technical supervision of the Customer.
17. When performing work and after completion of work, it is necessary to
clean the territory and garbage collection.
18. Any changes in the composition and content of the work, the
equipment and materials used are documented in writing
and sent to the Customer for consideration.
19.Payment for the work performed is made for
the amount of work actually performed, on the basis of executive documentation, with confirmation
by technical supervision and a surveyor of the customer. The volumes and cost
of the work performed are closed "in the body", i.e. taking into account the coefficient of compaction,
decompression, spills, losses during transportation and during
unloading /loading, overlaps, scraps, overlaps, coefficient of non-recoverable losses, coefficient of metal deposition, etc. should be
included in the cost of work.
20. The Contractor undertakes to prepare and send to the Customer a daily
report, according to the Customer's form, on the work performed.
