Installation, commissioning and installation of CCTV at the MEPP shop of OAO EPM-NEZ.

11. Scope of work.

Works include:
- Laying of information cable type UTP 5e - 430 m, on the walls of the building, cable trays at a height of 5-6 m and cable channels below the floor.
- Installation of 14 cameras at a height of 5-6 m, cable connection.
- Start-up and adjustment of video surveillance.
4. Materials and equipment:
Information cable UTP 5e, IP video camera with POE at the expense of the customer.
Expendable installation and fixing materials at the expense of the contractor.

5. Reliability requirements.
The operating mode of video surveillance is permanent.
Warranty period - 3 years from the date of signing the Act of Acceptance of Installation Works.

Comments:
The participant who took part in the procedure (who made the offer), before the deadline for the submission of applications, must load the following documents into the system:
1. Charter (with all additions and changes, if they were).
2. Certificate of state registration.

4. Extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities.
5. Balance sheet as of the last reporting date with a note of the tax authority on acceptance.
6. Documents confirming the representative's authority to sign documents:
- Decision (Protocol).
- Power of Attorney.
