Comments:
1. More detailed information about the request is set out in the cover letter (Attachment).
2. Proposals will not be accepted without uploaded documentation: commercial application, completed calculation of the contract price (Appendix 1 to the contract).
3. Criteria for choosing the best offer: availability of our own inventory and fleet of equipment, availability of the necessary documents for conducting construction activities. quality, terms of work, cost, terms of payment, work experience.
4. This RFP procedure is not a tender and is not subject to Articles 447-449, Section 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
5. This procedure is also not a public tender and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061, Section 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
Thus, this request for proposal procedure does not impose on the Customer the corresponding volume of civil obligations.
6. The attached Agreement is not a public offer, however, the terms of the Agreement will be binding on the winner of the auction.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
