Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Minimum bid increment/decrement
The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Payment is made by the Buyer, subject to receipt from the Supplier of an invoice for payment duly issued in the name of the Buyer. The Buyer makes payment in the amount of 100% of the cost of services (works) within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery of the Goods (performance of work, provision of services) and the signing by the Parties of the Acceptance and Transfer Certificate (Certificate of performance of services, works) or other document confirming the delivery (performance of services, works).
Delivery terms:Manufacturing and installation of no more than 21 cd from the date of signing the contract.
8. Terms of payment - 25% within 5 days after signing the contract, 75% within 20 days after signing the acts of completion.

Comments:
We draw your attention to the fact that this request is not a notice of a competition (public competition) or a public offer and is not governed by Art. 447 - 449 part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057 - 1061 part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose on the Organizer an appropriate volume of civil and legal obligations and reserves the right to refuse all received Proposals for any reason or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any responsibility.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
